Pyhäjoki Technical department develops and implements the duties assigned to it in a way providing overall best value for money, within the limits of the resources allocated to it and in accordance with the strategic guidelines/priority areas. The Technical department carries out the following operational duties:
- Construction management
- Construction carried out by the municipality itself
- Maintenance and operating tasks
- Maintenance and upkeep of municipal infrastructure
- Municipal land use and planning
- Building and environment supervision
- Measurement services
- Heating plant
